VALDA'S SPIDER WEB QUILT

A lovely spider web quilt done by a dotting grandmother for her grandson. What else could you put on it but spider webs? Mostly done with my circle lord and tri arc tools.

JULES SHOP QUILT

This quilt is from the local quilt shop & was made to promote the fabrics in it. I have quilted it with my circle lord using spiralling circles on main block and between them, dual circles turned into sunflowers with free hand petals. I put checks in the centre of the flowers as per fabric used to give the quilting some dimension.

SIM'S SAMPLER QUILT

Clients sampler quilt, some lovely blocks in autumn tonings.. mostly traditional quilted but some ornate work as well.

MERCIES QUILT

Medallion quilt with traditional quilting, crosshatched border behind appliqué and stippled behind the centre medallion, flying geese straight quarter inched...at clients request...we tend to quilt more elaborate than traditional these days, but the client always has the last say.

MARILYN'S LEGACY

One of my lovely clients who lost her fight with cancer made this quilt for her niece. I had the pleasure of quilting it for Marilyn before she passed away. Combination quilting again with crosshatching and free hand feathers, patterns etc.

LISA'S QUILT

Close up of client's quilt, free hand butterflies and hearts, crosshatched border and continuous pattern in centre. This is combination quilting.
